5 truly shocking fan theories of our beloved shows that make too much sense to shrug off!
The world HAS gone to the dogs, it went to them a long time ago, and now all that remains is our personal nab at whatever small or large bite of joy we can manage at the expense of self-degeneration and then call that droplet of ‘pleasure’, a personal achievement.
I, on the other hand had nothing else but the sweet, sweet memories of yore when Batman used to boogie now and then, when villains had perfectly good reasons like greed or domination to fight the hero and teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles didn’t induce nightmares! That had been my escape, and no son of a gun could take that away from me! Until one fine day life said “Challenge Accepted” and introduced me to the Internet. Long story short, here are some really-really bizarre, absurd, shocking and disturbing fan theories of our beloved nostalgic cartoon shows or movies that makes too much sense (insane?)
It became my curse and now like a good citizen I share this curse with you, enjoy and oh, this one is going to need two glasses to down the pain (wink)!
5) Samurai Jack is set in the Post Apocalyptic Power Puff Girls’ world!
Here is a sick thing of two of our beloved cartoon shows to start this abomination with -the theory that is going around in the Internet is that Samurai Jack’s action in his show takes place in the same universe where once PPG was set in! Why though, you ask, trying to shake off the heavy feeling, great start eh?
Well it started when people used their superpower of seeing things and saw that Professor Oak from PPG and Jack from Samurai Jack are sort of very much alike! But where that gets eerily sort of making sense is that the main antagonist of PPG ‘Him’ and Demongo, Aku’s most powerful servant, behave alike, and are NOT too different overall in their mannerisms, come to think of it!
After Aku sent Jack into future, he again tried to recapture the world, Professor Oak being the descendant of Samurai Jack tried to create something to stop him and PPG were eventually made.
4) Snape’s First Words to Harry were a plea!
The first thing Snape asks Harry is “Potter! What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?” According to Victorian Flower Language, asphodel is a type of lily meaning ‘My regrets follow you to the grave’ and Wormwood means ‘absence’ and also typically symbolized bitter sorrow. If you combined that, it meant ‘I bitterly regret Lily’s death’.”
So Snape was actually saying he was sorry for Harry’s mother’s death behind that super humiliation! WOW, so what did my geography teacher mean when he said, “Go Jump off a Cliff!”? I still wonder!
3) Speaking of Post Apocalypse, you ever saw this show called ‘Aladdin’ because….
Here’s a post apocalypse theory, which suggests that things happening in the past in Aladdin the Movie, actually take place in the future! A post apocalyptic future where World War has destroyed almost all of humanity and where parrots/animals were long ago biologically modified to talk aptly like us and flying carpets were some form of hi-tech hover crafts that were developed years ago and saved in a cave to be saved from the war!
Point is, humanity died, some were there to pick up life again, the poor get poorer and rich get richer system is still thriving, magic is just science developed by us, and the genie himself may well be some science gizmo freak. I don’t know what reality is anymore, so what’s next?
2) Foster’s Home for Imaginary…oh!
This is going to be perhaps truly devastating for you who know this truly amazing show, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends! The show was about a foster home for the imaginary friends that people could create in that universe, yes, children create imaginary friends all the time! And in this universe those figments actually take life! The sad part is when the child grows up, he/she outgrows the need of friendship from their imaginary friend. The theory suggests that the foster’s home run by Madam Foster and sustained mostly by a young teenage girl Frankie - they are related - as in Frankie is the Imaginary friend of Madam Foster!
Happy Ruingivings day, today, isn’t it? Yes if you look closely, both women wear the same kind of clothes and Frankie hardly complains about her job. Evidence enough to create a theory, Madame Foster created her younger self to help her around and then there is another theory in which Frankie created Madam Foster in respect of her grand ma- you know what? Let’s just be done with this!
1)The Secrets of Pokémon, straight out of PTSD hand book!
According to many theories, Pokémon is set in a post great war world where most middle-aged men have died fighting that war, and Pokémons are nothing but the nuclear radiation exposed infected animals’ clones. There is no cinema or arcade or karaoke, or any leisure activity - only training for the wandering young men for some sort of next level of war preparation. Your childhood was by the world of ‘ingenious’ grownups!
All right, we are done here now, thank you - Logic Out!
